Our lives are not
determined by what
happens to us but by
how we react to what
happens, not by what
life brings to us, but
by the attitude we
bring to life. A
positive attitude
causes a chain
reaction of positive
thoughts, events, and
outcomes. It is a
catalyst, a spark that
creates extraordinary
results.

The TBI Program is administrated by the Aging &

assault to the brain from an outside physicalforce. A TBI

psychosocial disorientation.  TBI services are available
state wide. Persons who reside in institutions are not
eligible to receive services.
The TBI program is funded, in part, from a $5 fee that is added to all New Mexico traffic
violation tickets.
